Change of mind
Due to health and safety reasons, we do not provide refunds for change of mind.

Faulty or damaged goods
In the event that you receive a product and notice an issue, please notify us immediately at hello@winxstakids.com.au. So that we can assist in resolving the issue, we will also require the product to be returned. We recommend that you return the product via registered post, at your expense, as Winxsta Kids will not be responsible for any parcels lost in transit.
