Are your products suitable for vegans?

We are proud to say all our products are vegan friendly and are absolutely not tested on animals.

Do I need to do a patch test?

Our products are specifically made for kids that are gentle on the skin. However, as a precaution, we recommend a patch test be carried out at least 24 hours prior to use. The best place is just behind the ear, but don’t test on areas that are already irritated.

Where are your products made?

All Winxsta Kids hair and body products are proudly formulated, produced and owned in Australia.

Have you tested your products?

Our products are formulated and tested in Melbourne, Australia. Formulating our products takes a considerable amount of time, as we continually refine the ingredients to achieve the best results and produce the best products for our kids. Once they are final, all our products undergo stability
testing, compatibility with packaging, and consumer testing to ensure we have safe and effective products.

Packaging

Are your products recyclable?

Our bottles are made from two types of plastic (our bottles are
code 1, whilst the disc caps are code 5) and are accepted by most kerbside recycling programs. Should you have any doubt, please check with your local council.

Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

We use Australia Post for our shipping. Delivery by Aus Post is typically 2-5 days, however, may be impacted due to remote locations, weather events or during busier periods.
